南京萬達茂位于仙林湖南側(cè)，規(guī)劃總面積28.48萬㎡，綜合容積率3.77，總投資金額達150億元。雖然落戶仙林剛滿一個月，但從施工現(xiàn)場來看，地基部分已經(jīng)完成過半，部分樓層已經(jīng)建至2層，萬達茂售樓處已經(jīng)拔地而起。
