敇勒川文化旅游度假區(qū)總占地30平方公里，項(xiàng)目以蒙元文化為建造主題，主體規(guī)劃有元朝疆域?yàn)橹黝}的盛元廣場、忽必烈大酒店、哈素海風(fēng)情碼頭、成吉思汗大劇院、十二草原部落、哈素海國際風(fēng)情水都、蒙古利亞博物館漁牧業(yè)體驗(yàn)等等主體區(qū)域。設(shè)計(jì)深掘蒙元文化，落實(shí)到從裝飾、形狀、材質(zhì)各個(gè)方面貼合文化主題。如以祥云做裝飾、佛塔做主體形狀、馬蹄做入口門、石磚刀斧印記凸出歷史厚重感。
